Project lead
Runs the schedule from walk to turnover and talks to your superintendent.

Owner
I started this firm so tenants and contractors would have one person to call about the air in a suite.
I run the bids and walk every suite myself. When a project has a tight turnover, I'm the one who calls your superintendent about the ceiling, the permit and the balance date. The crew works the same way: named on the bid, and on site from rough-in to the report.
